    Hey @adileneyuzu in the Adobe Developer Console, you must be also selecting the product profiles when configuring the API with Authentication. Does the selected product profile has the permission for the Web Service Access under the Analytics Tools, which lets you do things like authenticate? Can you please check?

    First, when did you implement the plugin? If it was sometime this month, then those unspecifieds are just the traffic from before you set this up... if it was longer ago, then those unspecifieds are probably just users who aren't getting the cookie.
